What you get
This is advisory. You get judgment, direction, and decisions you can act on — delivered as conversation and written recommendations. The goal is that you need me less over time, not more.
What's not included
To keep your investment going toward thinking rather than clicking, these are separate engagements, scoped and priced on their own:
- Screen-share troubleshooting or live setup
- Configuring tools inside your accounts
- Producing your client-facing work product
- Support for third-party software
- Training your team
If something comes up mid-engagement that falls here, I'll flag it and send a short add-on scope — not absorb it silently.
